Unlikely friendships
The video about the elephant and the dog was touching. It showed that you can be friends with anyone. Sometimes you have to choose someone that's different from all the rest. When ever I would go out to spend my summers in Michigan My favorite thing to do was go to my aunts barn. at her barn was my favorite couple. there was a little pony and a goat, and they wouldn't leave each others sides. They ran together, ate together, and slept together. at one point I saw that goat laying on the horse while they were both sleeping. They were best friends, and didn't spend time with any other horses or goats. They never left each others sides.
That is so cute that you found that adorable pair of animals that love each other. If they are still at the same farm you should get a video sometime! It would make a fabulous youtube hit!
ReplyDeleteRegan, Maddy is right. If you have an opportunity to make a video of those two unlikely friends, you should. I think some of my best friends are people/animals I didn't think I would ultimately ending up being friends with - but, in the end, they are people (cats!) I can always count on to cheer me up or let me cry on their shoulders. My cats are the best listeners ever and they never judge!!! Keep up fab blogging and maybe do a snow dance tonight... ;)
ReplyDeleteDitto - double ditto with Maddy and Mitzi! You could easily get YOUR video on CBS! I listened to a story about a middle school student who was struggling with friendships. He talked about how he missed elementary school when kids were simply friends if you were nice. No one cared if you were funny looking, smart, dumb, beautiful, rich, poor, etc. But life gets harder and people get more judgemental... how can we change that world??
